How is that going to work? Can we dye our aqua breathers now?
Only armor and outfits can be dyed. Everything else is hidden when accessing the dye panel.

From the official video, at 1:02. There is an Aqua Breather category in the drop down menu. No info on dyes, but probably not dyeable.
