I was hoping to be able to buy the Arctic Explorer Outfit during the Wintersday festivities this year but ArenaNet have not made it available.
Is there any chance it will be available, even if only for a few days?
Anyone else hoping for this?

(btw I really don’t like the Ice Encasement Outfit as it doesn’t suit any of my characters)

Yes, I’ve been waiting for this outfit as well. I really wonder why it wasn’t on sale when we went to Bitterfrost Frontier since it’s absurdly cold there.
