Hello. I would like to know if the black wings will be making another appearance in the gem store. I’m, both sad and mad that I missed them the first time and I see others with them and I’m all (I wish I had those boohoo.)

Yes, they bring things back periodically. When they will is unknown. You’ll just have to keep an eye on the gemstore.

I didn’t want them last time they were on sale (or the times before that) but then I went and made a raven themed norn I think they’d be perfect for and now I wish I’d gotten them.

As JAFW said limited-time gem store items like the wings do come back periodically. Sometimes it takes an absurdly long time, like the bunny ears where there was about 3 years in between but the black wings have already been up a few times so I think it’s safe to say they’ll be sold several times a year.

The annoying part is there’s no way for us to predict when it’ll happen so the best approach is just to remember to check the gem store every day (which is exactly why they do it) or check the website, Facebook, this forum and maybe other places like Reddit and Twitter for announcements.
