Are legendaries unique-equipped?

Just wondering if I will be able to dual wield two Bolts or a pair of Incinerators? The description doesn’t say Unique but if anyone knows for sure please let me know.

Nope. I have seen someone dual-wielding Incinerators.

I have seen a thief with dual wield Incinerators so I know for sure that’s not Unique.
