In the patch notes it says:
“Dungeon tokens should be account bound. This will allow players to have a single character farm tokens for their other characters.”
I have 45 Seals of Beetletun in my bank from one character, but my other character cannot remove them even though they say account bound.
On another note, I also have a stack of 250 Mystic Salvage Kits that show as account bound, but only the character that made them can use them.
