Q:

I got an exotic and a rare quaggan tonic. I’m afraid to use them as I plan to sell them later for a profit. Because I don’t want to use them if they become account-bound at their first use.

So, are they or do they become account-bound?

I guess I was wrong, others say it does not get bound.

If your talking about the Endless Quaggin Tonics from the event, they DO NOT become account bound(at least mine didn’t).

Anything that becomes account bound on use will say that in it’s description.

I haven’t gotten an endless quaggan tonic yet but the Wintersday one could be sold after it had been used. I took some fun screen shots then sold it to buy a mini Ho-Ho-Tron.
