So.. I have only found 1 item for female humans to wear that are pants and not some kind of Japanese cartoon looking ball gown. The very 1st jute pants look kinda like “i dream of geni” type pants and I am nearly 80 now and haven’t found a single other pair of female pants.

Us GW1 Mesmers have to share our wardrobes with dirty and unclean Elementalists and Necromancers. ArenaNet! Give us SOME style over here!

Either way, the only places you can find pants are the early starter sets. I’m serious. yet even those pants have random junk stuck on it as well. Oh and Ascalonian dungeon pants… but they look really really dirty. Haha.

You could always buy the pirate outfit……yarrrrr!

Same deal with pvp light armour, I want some short skirts or some skin showing apparel.. the only one there is unattainable..

Which one? If I may ask.

I also hit the “Unattainable” mark with my mesmer. It literally is “unattainable” as it’s an order armor and I didn’t pick the right one. /facepalm

Does PVP armor use different designs to the PVE stuff?

If not then you could go to the Heart of the Mists and use the locker there to find something.

Having a quick look through I’ve found:
Country Pants (mid-thigh skirt with leggings),
Devout Leggings (long skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),
Embroidered Pants (full length),
Students Pants (short skirt and leggings),
Dry Bones Leggings (full length skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),
Acolytes Pants (full length skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),
Ascalon Clergy Pants, (short skirt and leggings),
Stately Leggings (full length skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),
Tactical Leggings (trousers with a section of skirt at the back),
Priory Leggings (full length skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),
Outriders Leggings (leggings with a skirt section at the back),
Guild Leggings (full length skirt, open in front with trousers underneath),

There’s also several full length skirts, but since you said pants I assume you’re not interested in those.

There might well be more too, since I don’t think the armor sets you can craft are included in there, but I don’t think anyone has made a full list yet.

This is precisely why I didn’t make a female human caster lol. Not a huge fan of the young anime schoolgirl/seductress look they seem to be going after. There are a handful of pants for them but its pretty limited compared to the other races’ light armor.

In PVE, the some of the armors depend on what level you are. I think the armor sets you have are mostly correct except for two:
Country Pants can be a mini-skirt at lower levels.
Acolytes Pants are a ridiculously tiny mini-skirt at least until level 60, if not all the way to level 80 PvE (I have not reached level 60 in PvE to test this theory, but I saw level 60 Acolyte armor in WvW that shows the skirt/pants you are talking about – it’s also a mini-skirt in WvW until level 60). Unfortunately this is THE set that drops EVERYWHERE. Thankfully I have a HoM, but I know some people aren’t so lucky >_<
That is mainly a warning so that when you see Acolyte Armor you don’t get your hopes up for something decent. It’s by far my least favorite Scholar Armor set. Hopefully in PvE it will turn into something nicer by Level 60, but I’m not going to be surprised if it’s still that way by level 80.

I believe there are two cultural armor sets for humans that are pants for scholars.

Sometimes I’ve literally laughed at female scholars, especially humans because of how silly they look. Sometimes I’ve been disturbed by female scholars with some of the armor sets because of where they reveal skin o.O

I’m so glad my Mesmer (current primary character) is a Sylvari. At least with looking silly you can blame on their curiosity and their cultural armor is fantastic.

I’m 100% with FootDive. Where is the cool and stylish Mesmer-like armor that GW1 had? And they had really cool pants-sets.

Oh no, I just realized I made a Human Necromancer. I better change that Necro’s race…thankfully I haven’t done anything with her.

Acolyte armour takes the turn for the best. Exotic Acolyte 70+ just turns into an awesome Necro/Ritualist-themed gear; the SPvP equivalent is the Seer’s set. Still, obviously, it doesn’t fit a GW1 Mesmer but its way better than most of the other sets. It’ll definitely be a good fit for your Human Necro.

I also noticed this game is actually missing some armour that was initially advertised with in earlier promotional images of the game. Countess Anise’s was one of them.
