Guild Wars 2

Hiya.

I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 for around 2 years now and there were a lot of players who were Genuine RPers (As in people who act as their characters, use /me, develop backstories and whatnot) and I loved to join in as I think it is a good chunk of fun and something different to do. It also allows you to make a lot of new friends ingame.

Are there any of you that still Roleplay? If so, I’d really like to get myself back into the proper RP game.

I hear the server Tarnished Coast have a lot of rpers still. You can also find people in the major cities, especially the Grove, that are RPing.
Megaservers has made it easier and harder at the same time.

I see them all over The Grove and even in the hunting lodge in Queensdale. It’s very rare that I don’t see the emotes everywhere I go in the Grove. So, yeah, there are definitely a fair few RPers still.

You don’t need to do that. PvE and sPvP lobby are all megaservers now, meaning players from multiple servers will be on the same maps. You could just look around for an RP guild to join, without having to transfer.
