Hi, I’m new to GW2 and I’ve been stuck in the tutorial for over an hour now, it’s glitched I can tell, the thing is, I don’t know how to contact game masters or if there’s any that can fix this sort of thing, I’ve been killing centaurs and it’s getting boring

You are in the human zone. Go to the fort and kill the elemental, the tutorial will then end.

I did walked around the castle, went in though the back gate and there’s nothing there, any other ideas? :S

The tutorial is pretty well signposted. But in case you’re lost, look for the green star on your map, and follow the instructions at the top right of your screen. You have to talk to a couple of NPCs first, then go to the garrison, and then kill the earth elemental.

If you’re still having trouble, post a screenshot, and we can give you some more specific instructions.

Create a non-human character? This has been going on for days now.

Restart by logging out? I’ll test this myself in a minute.

Edit: Worked fine for me. Played a guardian and now I’m in Queensdale.

I just made a new toon and did Defence of Shaemoor without any problems, so if there is a bug, it’s not universal.

Log out, there are two NPCs you need to talk with (f key). One where you enter and one at the door to an Inn. Ignore the centaurs.
If it does not reset submit a ticket by clicking on support link at top of page.

The OP is through the tutorial, after changing servers. It seems to be bugged so that the doors don’t open, on some servers.

Oddly, the tutorial seems to be server based still.

Good that you made it. Submit a support ticket anyway and explain that the doors don’t open and on which server.

Since you already made a thread about the issue in the support subforum, I will go ahead and close this duplicate thread. Thanks to all who helped and gave tips!
