Guild Wars 2

I love the weapons we have right now. There’s plenty of diversity as is, but I never understood why there was never a 2 hand axe introduced into the game.

It’s nice to have new weapon options for future expansions, with new weapon skills to go with of course.

I could think of:
- GreatAxe for melee.
- Crossbow for ranged.
- Orbs (two hands) for casters.

I remember seeing a dev comment some months ago about this. If I remember well, it stated that, though they consider adding new weapons in the future, they are more inclined to add existing weapons to professions that can’t use them because it is way easier to do.
