At some point Arena Net has messed up their marketing strategy, so I’m here to help you out with present and potential future mistake’s:
Currently there isn’t any gliding available in Dessert Borderlands which is a major mistake. This zone was obviously made with gliding in mind but because your to caught up with keeping it fair for the FREE Accounts, you haven’t implemented this feature in this zone. I would think if other’s who didn’t have the gliding ability trained they’d be more eager to purchase the expansion and the people who did buy the expansion would feel more appreciated.
Also, I believe you should continue to charge for each expansion individually in the future to bring in more revenue to yourselves and for server/equipment maintenance costs. I hate to see Arena Net fall short and sell the latest expansion with all the previous one’s for free. This simply isn’t a good strategy for such a great free to play game to keep the servers going strong for many years to come. Especially if iPv6 is a possible solution to the servers in the future.
Just my 2 cents, I hope you consider it…

People are grateful when you keep them in loop.
If they put gliding in then supply needs to be able to give each person 5 bombs that they can drop on people below. Stealth gliding is a must also as otherwise it wouldn’t be properly balanced.
So you think its a better business decision to charge $100+ to new players whenever an expansion hits instead of the single $50 price tag?
How many people do you really think are going to pick up a new game if its going to cost them over 100 bucks vs the amount of people willing to throw down $50 bucks for new expansion hype if it comes with the rest of the game
What about expansion number 5? Would new players really pay $250 for a game? Would a veteran that skipped an expansion or three pay $100 to $200 to play again? How does ArenaNet keep track of what to charge each individual before the Serial Key is applied?
Seems resource-intensive for developer and cost-prohibitive for players.
