Any items that were lost due to in game bugs will not be replaced by arena net, after many support tickets, 21+ days, constant auto responce and ridiculous replys I finally got them to comment on it.

I am extremely dissapointed wih Arena Net Support and this pretty much shows they will just ignore the issues try to get you to give up and then try to throw them under the rug and close your tickets. Even after that they will just not resolve the issue. Some of the reply’s I got from them were just plain ridiculous and was obvious they had barely even bothered to read my support tickets.
