I had alot of problem (like many others) when the guild wars 2 launched. they were mostly login issues in the begining but when i eventually could get in to the game and play the game crashed on me. so i contacted support via email to try to get a solution to my problem. at first i got an email saying something like weve seen that youve put in a support request and we will Contact you soon. about Three Days later i got an answer from arenanet saying that they needed me to run a scan of my computers system so they could give me a good answer. well i did than and then a waited Another Three Days and then they wanted me to scan my system with Another program. i did that and Three Days later we got to a solution.
if i had this problem with blizzards gamed i would call support on their phone service, i would wait in a que for and hour and then talk with an employee and blizzard and atleast one hour later we would have a solution.
im sure Arena net could fix this and u totally understand that they are swamped right now with tickets but seriously, you need that phone service, you really do cause for like a week, i couldnt play.
The only thing we can do is to decide what to do with time that is given to us
