I’m entitled to these since you are upgrading my version of purchase. I’m not going to sit back and jip myself out of $25 worth of product I don’t have/cant afford. I bought the Digital Deluxe Version and Expect to have any upgrades made to this purchase delivered to my account punctually and efficiently. Anyone who disagrees it is your loss, but I am sticking to my entitlement and I expect these.

Frankly I don’t think you have a case, but even if you did it is a laughable lawsuit as the costs will far outweigh the gains and likely wouldn’t result in a favorable end for you as I’m sure the corporate lawyers have already looked at this before they implemented and feel they are in the right.

But in my state it is illegal for someone to sell a product “digital or not” and not upgrade the product if it retains the same name and appearance and access. So If I was to buy a cell phone and they upgraded the OS. They could not charge me for the new OS and would have to upgrade me for free. Another example would be if Microsoft had a OS and upgraded the version you purchased, they could not sell you the new upgraded version, they would have to upgrade you at no cost. Seems fair yes? that way there is no “double dipping” because we are not cash crops and cattle to be herded into money pits.

Your first post is wrong, they are not upgrading your purchase. When you purchased your item, you received what was with that item. They added features to that item a year later, same name just more “stuff”. There is nothing illegal about any of that, it is their product to change as they seem fit. Your POS happened when you purchased the item, you are not entitled to any future POS options.

Only way to get out of that is to change the name of the product when you change the contents. But that didn’t happen and I’m sure it got overlooked. But as it stands now I am entitled to it and I want it and don’t want to have to pay for it. Economy in this game is already ruined. Sure they are “trying to fix it” but lets face it, Its ruined no matter what lies they post about it.

doesnt work with bluerays. BUT if you had a toaster and the same model came out with a new addition in my state then you would get the addition sent to you if you requested it.

You need to post the law that says this for any of what you are talking about to even be considered valid.

Well in my opinion your not entitled to anything. I also purchased the digital deluxe, and I don’t feel they owe me anything. I got everything that was promised to me at the time of purchase. Nothing more, nothing less. Now they changed what is in the digital deluxe. So what, your stupid for even putting a post up on here like this. It is people like you in this country that feel entitled that is bringing it down. I really hope they close this post down soon.

If you noticed, they added items to all the different versions. This is to give new players a better footing in the game that has been out for a year now.

See and it is this that makes your claim no longer valid. Because there is a federal law that says you do not have the right. Federal trumps state law, but its my little secret so I do not need to provide evidence for it. But I’m right since my law protects against entitled children that want everything they feel they are entitled to.

You are not entitled to anything. I bought the digital deluxe and knew what was in it when I bought it. I got what I paid for.

Now they have changed their product. I and you are entitled to nothing. They can still call it the same thing but it is now a different product. You are entitled to nothing with this new product. You bought the old product not the new. If you want the new one then buy it.

You will live in perpetual disappointment over this then. It is not a continuation or upgrade of yours. So expect away. As the old saying goes, "You can #$&@ in one hand and put your expected items in the other and see which one fills up the fastest.
