Hey Everyone,
So this thread is not about my repair bill, which is completely fine – but I was was wondering how damage to armor is acquired?

Yesterday I learned that you cannot take damage from being attacked from something but only if you become downed or die. There was also something said about being downed and falling makes you take damage. And that if you get downed and use vengence [warriors] you don’t take damage.

Could someone clear this up for me – also let me know if the things I heard were true. It’s not something I regulary think about but would be good to keep in mind.

Each time you die (not go downed) you damage a piece of armor. When all your armor is damaged (eight pieces including your back piece and aqua breather), the next time you die a piece of armor breaks. That means it ceased to give you the protection and stats on it..and it actually disappeared, until you repair.

You can not damage armor from falling damage, but if you fall into something like lava, and die in the lava you can.

I don’t know about the vengence warrior skill though. Hope this helps.
