Guild Wars 2

Hey guys
I have a Sylvari Guardian, and since I found some “bugs” in cultural tier 1 and 2 from my race I have gone for other armors. Right now I’m thinking in buying one from the Gem store, but I can decide wich I will buy because I don’t have skins with my weapons (mainly GS) that look that good with those armors. From Gem Store the one I found the best looking is the Phalanx, for my Guard, but what weapon skins do you sugest with these armor set?

Right now I have Arah set with the Mystic Weapons. I like it but I’m afraid I get tired of it until I have gold for tier 3 (if I ever get gold for that) or if I found a “bug” that really buggs me with tier 3 and there gos 120g for and armor I will not use and come back to the only option I found good so far wich is Arah armor.

Could you give sugestions for armor and weapon combos that look good in a Sylvari/Human (since sizes are the same forboth races)?

In Tier 2 there is a shadow on my back when I walk in combat mode (weapon on my hand, Idk how to say it) and in Tier 1 a similiar shadow but on the front, smaller, but was there all the time. In tier 1 is not that big but once I found it it bugs me and I can’t stand looking at it, allways I look at that armor, there it is.

I am not sure, but maybe you can preview ‘locked’ skins from the wardrobe, and mix and match weapons, as well?

I haven’t really played Sylvari so I couldn’t say, but one option that I think might look neat based off of previewing alone would be going with some cultural – T2 hands, legs and feet with T3 chest and shoulder. Then, ofc, you’d have to dye it to make it match your Sylvari’s natural hues (so if you had a green sylvari, make it more of a green tint). As I said, I wouldn’t know though. Although if you like, the Phalanx set is pretty good (using Fog, Sand and Black dyes – I’m not sure on the correct sequence in the dye preview to be the right look) and a sword like Khrysoar would go well with it.
