Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone,

I often see players with shiny armor like example shiny green or gold, but when i put my mouse cursor over to their armor, its turns out to be a normal dye colour, is it some kind of special effects? or is it a dye?

Very cool. I too had seen this and just assumed it was either the electro whatever dyes or unlockable stuff from achievements and the like. Thanks Alpha.1308
