So I take great pride in the amount of work I put into the look of my character, but have been wanting to change her look around, but realize that using a transmutation stone would destroy the skin of another piece of armor I worked hard for.

With the upcoming Aether skins, I would like to buy those and use them, but I will loose my current earned skins. This really sucks, to be blunt. So when i buy the ather skin and another skin set is released down the road I will have to over ride the aether skin to get the new look.

Anyone else find this ridiculous?

I do not want to spend a ton of in game gold to have tons of sets of the same stats ( of which there simply is not enough space to store anyway) just to transmute to all these other skins.

Are there any plans for us to consume a skin and then maybe use it whenever we want? They say they want us to have variety, but the current system does a great job in killing that,

I completely disagree. Every time I stumble across a ‘set’ of armor I like (Be it a full set or combination) I just create an offset of gear for a new weapon/trait spec I want to try out and transmute onto that. Multiple sets of armor for multiple weapon sets.

This system actually encourages variety.

Use different stats?

What i mean is that as the game progresses over time we will simply run out of bank space ( I already have) I don’t have room who know how many other sets get released.

Maybe instead of combining looks and stats they could simply swap instead? Then you get 2 pieces of kit, one with the old look and old stats, new look and new stats.

Save me having to buy a new bit of exotic kit each time I find a new bit of gear I like.

BOOM
