i cant find any armor in TP with these stats

I don’t think it exists. You can get Healing, Toughness and Power which is the Cleric’s stuff or you can get Power, Toughness, Vitality which is the WvW set as well as the AC dungeon set. But not quite the three you want all together. What you can do is have armor be one set and your jewelry/weapon be something else. You can still get enough of the stats you want. Anet sadly have not added all the possible combinations into the game. I’m not sure why, if it’s some balancing issue or what. But I suspect that one reason tis particular set isn’t added could be that they don’t want to encourage people to go pure tank as they have thrown the holy trinity out the window.

Use Armour with toughness and healing, and slot some runes in with Vitality or more of another stat you would like, and then use jewellery with stats that you would be looking for, also jewellery can have their gem slots over written with whatever gems you prefer.

I use the dwayna rune set in my Knights Draconic armour which helps with healing and regeneration, and use emerald and sapphire jewellery with exquisite emerald jewels which applies power, precision, toughness and healing. My vitality isnt great at 1500 ish, but my toughness although isnt the best at just over 1900 I survive very well and on most days I can do events after events without ever falling. I think I have a very well balance character, not the best in one specific area, but I seem to hold my own very well in both PvE and PvP.

This combo was removed in betas. It provided some extremely op defense. All three of them are defensive stats. Developers dont tend to “forget” stat combos. The ones you dont see were deemed OP.

Not all the stat combinations exist and they will never exist. The reason is due to balance issues. There are certain stat combinations that are too good.
