Why do armors have 3 color slots when they have been made for 4 ?
There was standard Town Clothing long time ago that had 4 color slot allowing to customize every little detail without any " concept " flaws, and that didn’t seem out of place like many other 3 colors armor now.
For example, look here this concept art for the Masquerade’s Mesmer Set:

Look what you can get in-game:

-let’s analyze the pictures, the center body in particular
concept art:
there’s a continuity between the blue jacket under the skyblue waistcoat’s part in the upper body and in the lower body, both in front and back. All these parts, under-jacket n tail, are disjointed from the main coat and are colored a lighter blue.
in-game: you cant act very much in the lower body, the tail that clearly continues from the upper body cannot be disjointed from the main coat’s making it look totally out of place, expecially from behind.
The three part colors are: coat, lining, pants. This is where 4th part was needed to complete the overall look, without it the armor looks like ODD
-now it’s time for arms
concept art: arms are divided in 4 parts, a gilded lining, a white-gold core, glove and a gem
in-game: they are split it in 2 (!) parts even, bracers and gloves.
That monocolor-block-bracer looks ODD, totally disjointed from the main gilded parts in the rest of the main body. Also forces you to color the gloves with flamboyant color or dull colors because of the gem coloring too
-let’s go for the legs
in-game: same as the arm, they should come split in, at least, 3 part, putting in that gilded lining just to make it looks like tidy and fluid and not totally ODD and out of place.
Also, just to be dedicated to the 4 colors, the shoes and the greaves are two separate parts, maybe the possibility to change color of the shoes ?
-the headpiece
in-game: would’ve been nice to color the gem in the middle of the venetian mask
-upperbody
in-game: We are almost good here but would’ve been nice to color the jacket under the waistcoat that continues in the lower body ( see the first point )

Why my waistcoat ( and that’s a BIG part of the armor ) must be the same color of my shirt ?
Here again with a more recent outfit

Why the color of my shirt sleeves must be the same color of my cravat when the shirt is clearly a different color ( white ) ?
I can go on and on with example of armors ( expecially light armors. Male aristocrat armor ? ) that looks ODD because of that issue, issue that imho totally ruins the " loved by devs " feeling of the game.
