Guild Wars 2

I have been running fractals for quite a while now. I have already completed my ascended trinkets. I love doing fractals because it’s fun and challenging and it irks me everytime I get trinkets that I can no longer use. Is there a way to make these salvageable instead? May be to get some account bound ascended mats for ascended armors/weapons. I would like to know if you guys are on the same boat as I am. Thank you
