Are there any plans to add givers as a possible stat for ascended weapons and armor, or will they stay exclusive to exotic armors?

Giver’s a funny set. The weapons and armor give different stats despite the identical prefix. It be nice if they could also be split into 2 different prefixes that applied to armors and weapons.

This. I’m sure dwayna/grenth themed prefixes could be used considering they are a wintersday stat.
