Anyone know where to get these?

Claims it’s laurel merchant sold… I’ve been checking since they came out till now, I have submitted a support ticket asking, still have yet to get an answer or a fix. Any ideas?

Yes I have the Aspect Amulet.

I have full ascended Ventari Armor, Weapons and all the Ascended Ventari Trinkets. Unfortunately, there is no Ascended Ventari Backpack sad face.

“Players might be unable to buy this amulet because it isn’t listed at the laurel merchant. It is believed to be caused by players having completed all Story Journal achievements of the first four episodes before the introduction of ascended trinkets as rewards for said completion.”

This is my case. I have completed 100% of all of all the Living World Story achievements. Therefor, that may be the reason why its available to me.

They are rewards for completing the LS season 2 Achievements.
Once you completed the achievements, you can buy more (for your alts) from the laurel vendor, unless you are bugged, as explained above.

Yea, I figured it’s a bug, I have 100% completion in all of the story journals and I can’t buy them.

I’m just hoping someone has a work around, or at some point A-net will fix the bug.. Been months, and it really shouldn’t be that hard a fix… Worst case just make them available to everyone.

As a lot people I was also sad to found out that I was unable to get my ascended nomad amulet. However…

When completing the first episode “Gates of Maguuma” (not the replay) on an alt I unlocked both ascended nomad’s amulets afterwards. This thing happend to unbug this problem

The nomads trinkets are released on the first 4 LS s2 episodes on completing ALL related achievements. You’ll get your first set free if I’m right and can buy the amulet at the NORMAL laurel vendor in PvE afterwards, NOT in fractals, NOT in WvW….. I guess it should be available in dry top as well, but I actually never checked it tbh…

Quick update, doing GoM again worked on two of my accounts thus far. Slightly ticked off that I’ve had to do this again. Did it enough times for the achievements, etc. Also kinda irked there’s no utility version of Nomads. Nor are either of these available from any other source than a regular Laurel vendor for 30 laurels. Though at least I unlocked them now. I actually posted and asked about these two weeks ago.

The work around worked on two of my bugged accounts. Are you folks certain you did the story all the way to the end? Also, double check the Laurel merchant, it’s a long list and they are toward the bottom.

Can we have a utility version of the amulet please? I’m not even sure if an offensive version of the nomad’s amulet is viable, considering it’s stats.

Hello again. I guess my problem is a bug with the 5 episode of the ls2 echoes of the past hidden arcana.
Maybe anet could fix that or make those 2 [&AgE7CQEA] [&AgE9CQEA] amulets & with an ascended backpiece available for everyone with Heart of Thorns.

Just a thought, maybe it’s only possible to buy them on characters who actualy finished LS s2… this as the chaptercompletion is character based. so buy them on your main/chars you ran ls s2 on… not on the alts you want’m on?

I finished LS on 7 of my 18 chars ( all proffessions except engineer and mesmer, but 2 times on warriors) and I normally play those chars so I do not run into this problems. they house my maxed crafting proffessions , have full maps and so on. After or before creating a new alt… I tend to buy the gear I want to try out mostly with characters whohave acces to all

Still bugged. It seems that if you had all the ls2 1-st part episodes finished, but didn’t have the achievements yet, it bugs, and the amulets won’t show upe even after finishing the achieves.

So don´t get me wrong but why aren´t they fixing the problem, there are enough people with the same problem?
I guess in the moment anet is focusing on HOT!

I too am in the same boat. I’ve completed all of the S2 achievements, have completed all S2 chapters on all level 80 characters, and even completed from start to finish, the S2 chapters on my last level 80 in the last month or two…well after the season had concluded. I didn’t receive either of the amulets in-game at the end of the chapters, nor are they available at PvE merchants in several of the cities.

Unlike the Sinister Trinkets, the Nomad AMULET must be bought from Laurel vendors (the other trinkets, rings and accessories are obtained through the story, but not the amulet). The bug people were encountering was that the vendors would not have the trinkets for sale.

So basically, anyone who redoes LS or parts of it, you will NOT be rewarded with a Nomad amulet, the idea behind replaying the story was to hope it would unbug the vendor and thus offer it for sale to you. As such, you will still need to visit the vendor and purchase it!

Sorry, I didn’t mean to offend, but your OP had a picture of the end of LS2 with Caith’s Remorse. So it seemed as though you might have thought it was a reward for finishing the whole story, your new picture shows your’s is still bugged.

My post was more of a general post to everyone (but thought it might help you as well) as reading through several of them, many posts seem to imply the LS will give you the amulet (as it does the other trinkets in the nomad set) but this is not the case.

Yes its clear you’ve played through the Living Story on your alts…. but when was the last time you redid an episode?

I’m not saying it needs to be completed on an alt…. I’m saying you need to play through a mission once to unbug the vendor.

Also…. just a question…. and I’m not sure if its related or not….. but do you have your carapace and luminescent collections finished as well as all of the associated LS + SW achievements in the AP panel shown as completed?

Right…. but I’m beginning to think there might be more criterion that need to be met before the amulets are available simply because the workaround does indeed work for many.

As I asked earlier…. have you completed the carapace/luminescent, and all associated silverwastes achievements also?

Didn`t do “go for the gold” “retrospective runaround” but i don`t think that´s why
