@Ascended Quiver
There should be an upgradable version of the quiver. Similar to the Fractal Capacitor (Infused).
Sure, it costs a lot to make, but at least it is a pretty nice skin.
I’m going to semi-revive this thread just cause the world needs to know how bad I want Rox’s quiver, that thing is amazing.
Why are quivers ascended items only?
Why not give high level non-ascended quivers to those of us who don’t want to grind FoM, and make the FoM ones ‘cooler’ as OP requests!

This is another thing, quivers, that should not be restricted to one locus in the game…ideally. And, I like Rox’s too. It would be great to see nice quivers available for rangers especially. Look, as a native Californian I know that looking good is the next best thing to being good—at least give rangers the option to ‘look’ good.
I wan’t exotic quivers grindable through dungeons just to have them for the looks.

The only thing the quiver requires from FotM is 1 vial of condensed mist essence. These things drop regularly in level 1 of FotM. I would hardly call it a “grind” to get one.
The Fractal capacitors are what I think you are referring to, since those take a vial and an additional 1800 fractal relics to get just the basic ascended version. The “cool” glowy version is another 1000 relics and a Shard of condensed mist essence which is equal to 25 vials.
