Recently I’ve had a couple of rings drop for me that I’ll never use and have know idea what to do with. I was told I could sell them to vendor for a whopping 4 silver but…
Anyways, I noticed that you can select them to be a component in the mystic forge and am wondering if anyone knows what the other components and possible rewards might be?

It’s just a formula to add +5 agony resistance to the ring. On top of the infusion you can add.

You can put a “normal” ascended ring with a shard of mists essence, 3 globs of mist essence and 5 vials of mist essence in the forge to get an infused ascended ring (same stats), which has two slots for infusions (one fix and one of those with up to 30 agony resistance).
