Ascended accessories in WVW
I noticed it too , personally think they should be 250 badges 40 laurels
I never expect to lose. Even when I’m the Engineer , I still prepare a victory speech.
I think they want to keep FotM as the best way to get Ascended Rings.
I main Ele and Necro, though I have an alt of each profession at level 80.

i bought my amulet in wvw, my earrings with guild commendations, and my rings in wvw. 25 laurels and 250 badges or something?

right, you can buy both amulets and rings with laurels and badges, as it gives us another option to stay out of FOTM and single player non-guild holders to acquire ascended gear. That said, I think they need to give us the same option to purchase accessories with badges + laurels. I think 30 laurels and 250 badges is appropriate. or 30 laurels and 400 badges. would make sense to have to use a lot of badges to replace 10 laurels which is essentially a month’s worth of work.
