Ok first off I’ve supported your ascended crafting system from the beginning and how it is recommended for raids. But now ascended cost 18 more elonian squares for a full set? Are you kidding me that’s like 18 days or 180 more gold. I myself already got my ascended armor but this change is seriously uncalled for, ascended crafting was decently challenging to get before now it is just gross. I feel so bad for those who need to craft them now. I’m sry all the people I argued against saying ascended was justified, I agree with you now, grind wars 2 to the max. Cost of everything has increased while methods of getting gold have decreased. Where’s the rewards you shifted from dungeons to fractals? I didn’t see any gold rewards in fractals only gold sinks.

More Elonian doesnt mean you need 10 more days, you would need the same amount of time to craft the required damask, i think.
t5 leather has seen a huge initial surge in demand these days, some of it might be temporary as it comes from forging 3 stacks of refined t5 leather with a halloween essence for materials to forge city portal scrolls.

Ascended crafting includes so much mats of which we dont know new supply and demand of that we shouldnt judge prematurely. Many items involved are used in upgrading and decorating guild halls which didnt even kick in yet and we dont know the new drop rates of random ascended gear. I got 2 today, maybe i was lucky.
I usually got a good grip on economic changes but i wouldnt risk a wager on the question if acquiring ascended gear will be easier from now on or not, 12 hours after the update.
