And will it be available through crafting? Or is Ascended gear exclusively the drop from Fractals?

Honest question for my own curiosity. Haven’t been able to find an official answer yet so I’m hoping for insight. Thanks.

Initially fractal runs only.

There was a dev post saying that eventually it would come to wvw and pve.

For now though you’re going to have to grind those 9 rooms until the ascended gear and infusions you want drop for you.

Apparently you can mystic forge ascended gear too. Maybe throwing in 4 exotic rings has a 20% chance to be ascended, maybe not, details on that are not known yet.

Meaning not any time in the near future.

You cant get the rings from Mystic forge, just the back.

It will be craftable.

Is that hope speaking, or do you have any secret info?
