Why there’s not ascended jewels with Carrion or Valkyrie statistics?
There’s a mix of everything, still the more useless of the world, but no a single carrion or valkyrie one!

Can I hope to obtain it in HoT or before it?

Carrion does currently exist for accessories, but you are correct in that there are no rings, amulets, or back pieces with that stat makeup, nor any for valkyrie, sentinel and assassin. It would be interesting to know if there is a balance reason behind their absence or if its merely not being implemented yet.

Sentinel and assassin you can get the accessories from the dungeon collections.
Lets hope for more trinkets combinations with HoT, I also would like some Valkyrie ones.
