Hey everyone! I know this might be old news to MOST of you but today I finally decided I’d make my first Asura.

She’s absolutely adorable! As I opened my outfit tab and I started to click around. . . I am baffled that as a female Asura I am topless. . . wearing the male version of the Lich outfit.

You can’t be serious right now O.O I’m . . . TOPLESS!

It’s fine they don’t have anything that needs covering

@ James – Sooo untrue! I feel embarassed and awkward being topless as a female.

So many outfits are the male versions, too. But this is just. . . distasteful in all its entirety.

The Pit fighter heavy armour top also make the chest of feme-asura fully visible. But it’s quite clear from both that Asura do not have breasts at all, not even vestigial nipples, they wouldn’t feel any shame about it. It’s also fueled my belief that Asura are marsupials and have a pouch.

I guess the point is that a species that doesn’t have breasts has no particular reason to be embarrassed about showing the chest area. After all, men aren’t embarrassed by going topless. Human females wouldn’t be either if their chest area was identical to men.

Though even with such ideas . . . I can not bare my chest comfortably. It just feels so odd. XD

On the bright side: the male Asura are able to show off there smexy physique for the ladies, huh?

The way these kinda of outfits and armours are currently fit the lore far better than gender specific armours, or armours that try to apply human sexual characteristics onto an asura.

“Sex” characteristics for asura are being well groomed, having long ears and being intelligent, if memory serves me correct. Generally speaking, they’re more driven towards non-physical characteristics. Teeth might have some importance though… I forget.

It does make me wonder- how do asura nurture their off-spring? If female asura don’t have breasts, they don’t produce milk. I’d assume that progeny are born with their teeth and ready to eat solid food?

Well then I learned something today! Thanks for that!

I still will have a hard time wearing certain items but ah well. There’s still some stuff that appeals to my tastes ^.^

I think they’ve given up on following the lore on this. Too many people want their fem Asura to wear dresses. I would bet that outfits with the fem Asura wearing a dress outsell ones where they don’t.

Not all lifeforms are the same as humans. Charr nipples aren’t visible through their fur and Asura don’t have any so it’s not something they care as much about. Although even if it’s not lazy design it gives a nice window for lazyness where devs can get some extra napping in.
