On the launcher there is a option to Auto Log in and to say Logged In?? So why when i select both of these options, the launcher still requires me to type in my details??

I don’t have any “auto” login option. There are options to remember my account names and password and they do work as intended however. All I have to do is hit “log in” and I am good to go.

Edit: if the game is asking you to enter your account name and password to log in each time. Try unchecking those boxes, enter them again and THEN check the boxes again. It could be you entered an incorrect account name or password previously when you checked those boxes and saved the info. I am pretty sure this happened to me one time.

There are 3 separate options on the launcher:

• Remember Account Name
• Remember Password
• Auto-Play (bottom right, next to the Play button)

These all work independently, so if you only select Auto-Play all it’ll do is launch the game as soon as you’ve logged in, you will still have to put in your account name and password.

If you want to minimise the time/effort needed to log in the best option is to check all 3 boxes, that way you just have to open the launcher and push Log In.

(But personally I prefer to not save my password, because other people sometimes use my computer and I don’t want them getting into my account.)

I have the game on two PCs, both have always remembered the User Name and Password if those options were set, and also remembered Auto-Play.

BUT, since the January update last week ONE PC no longer remembers them after a patch, the other PC carries on remembering them quite happily.

There is no obvious difference that I can see between the to PCs which makes one fail and the other not.

Use the Command line argument -autologin should remember your username and password even though it doesn’t seem like it.
