How is the Automatic refund works? I bought the game almost 2 years now, so I will receive the refund automatically to my PayPal account? Or I need to raise a ticket for it?
If it happens automatically then I will receive an email let me know it happened?

I’m not aware of any automatic refund.

There was an option for people who bought the game after HoT was announced to get the original purchase price refunding if they bought the expansion. But you had to buy the expansion first and contact Support to get the refund.

There is no refund for people who bought the game 2 years ago. I’m not aware of any product that offers that.

are you stalking about because the core is free and heavily restricted compare to the player who bought the game?
