Hello all.

If you’re a closed/open-BETA player and if you were playing Norn back then, do you remember all of the Norn trainers in Wayfarer Foothills, near Borealis Forest?

I lost all of my screenshots during BETA, since I got a new computer. And I was hoping if anyone has a screenshot of a specific NPC, a Norn Mesmer trainer to be excact, how her armor looked along with her dyes.

All I can remember is that she was in fact wearing Feathered armor set, along with Ascalonian Performer headgear.
But I do need the colours from this NPC, since I am a fan of copying NPC-characters.

This NPC was replaced by Dagna, a newer NPC Norn Mesmer trainer, or she was replaced with a new armor back then.

Here’s a screenshot I tried to copy below, but the colour is not right.
I also found the Mesmer Trainer NPC in a old, (crappy) video as you can see in the photo.

Looking forward if anyone can help me out.

Sorry, Alga, my friend. ANet got rid of class trainers earlier last year, I believe. So, no one has screenshots, I presume.

I did make a norn necromancer in the first BWE but have only a couple of shots of him and none of them by the trainers. Sorry

If you could get her name it might be possible to search that way. It’s too blurry for me to read it from those picture.

Actually…it looks like all the Norn Mesmer Trainers look the same. So:

Now that is a better image than the wiki one the OP found. Alga, you might be able to use that one to go stand in the same place and lighting to get tones that look the same in the same conditions.

Sadly while I might have a pic of that trainer area I’d have to go through hundreds of shots looking for it as I don’t recall ever specifically snapping a shot there and certainly not one aimed at the trainers. I might have something in my romp as a snow leopard kitten soon after I first got the endless cat tonic … hmm … /goes to rummage

edit: Sorry. Found the cat pics (April 2013) but they are in the merchant area, not the trainers. I know I had an RP in the trainer area at some point but I don’t know when that was or with which alts.

He said in the opening post that she used to wear feathered armor and was replaced by Dagna, so it’s a different NPC he’s looking for or a picture of Dagna wearing the original armor from beta.

Aah, my bad. Got a little confused there: that barely-visible NPC in the upper corner of the picture looks more Human than Norn, so I got kind of focused on the Norn in the lower picture. My apologies!

You could use photoshop to try and find the right colors. Using Hex codes (ie: #fffffff)
Not sure if it would work or not.
