where is the Blade Shard Merchant anet??

From the patch notes on Tuesday 20/05 -
“Standing with the supply box traders near the docks in the Labyrinthine Cliffs is an asuran merchant who accepts spare piles of Blade Shards in exchange for Equipment Bags, each containing a piece of masterwork or better gear. "

I just wanted to know, is this seriously all we can do with the blade shard vendor we’ve waited months for? Was there anything better than to expect a bunch of greens? You can trade tokens for tier 6 materials. How about trading blade shards as well?

I thought we would be able to trade our blades for actual items, not RNG bags. Well at least Anet made some cash from people buying new bag/bank slots to accommodate the blades.

Masterwork or Masterwork is not RNG.

There might have been more to do with them, were there not likely millions of players stashing thousands of blade-shards each in hopes of raking in cash. They likely couldn’t’ afford to give anything but greens for these without damaging the market.

So yes it is RNG, for masterwork or better random gear. I checked my facts before posting.
