Today in the guild chat we were discussing the new additions to the trading post that are bound to come with the new patch. As always the opinions were divided on spending gold/money on town cloths and all that. However, all of us were immediately enthusiastic at the following idea:

Provide an item that allows people to switch between builds trough a mouse click. Not just that the skills/traits get changed, but also that the gear is stored on your character (and not in your inventory, where you can accidently salve or vendor it). Everybody who does a variety of content or fills a variety of team rolls would flock the trading post for this (for a reasonable price).

Then you would have all the people that can’t or don’t want to buy gems complaining that it gives an unfair advantage to those who do buy gems either with gold or money. And if I am understanding your post properly hot swapping skills/traits/gear would.

Great for spvp, not so sure for PvE cause it will give advantage (for good players) and it can be start of buy to win things.
