I play a female norn with a ponytail, and I have bought the new baby quaggan backpack yesterday. Being all psyched up with my new purchase I started running around and notice how my hair clips through the backpack while running.
This really ruins the effect of the item for me, and it annoys me that you didn’t take care of stuff like this on a paid item.

It is the same with shields and long hair. The hair clips thorugh the shield when you move, hence why my ponytail warrior never had a shield. That clipping just irked me too much.

Yea, but on a normal in-game item I can understand. But when you release an item that people have to buy with real money I would expect a more professional approach.

All back items clip on 99% of the toons. Why would it being an item from the gem store be different?
