If we keep getting more back item skins every month what would you guys think if Anet made them account bound on use and gave us a collectors tab in the bank for them?

A lot of cool unique skins and I’d hate to have to start throw them away do to lack of characters or space.

Maybe not as a collectable, but I’d love to be able to move the Mad Memories skin to a different character that currently has it. But I can’t because it’s soulbound. I wish I could take a soulbound item and transmute it to another character in my account to soulbind it to another. But I can’t even take it out of the bank on a different character. :-/
