Back to Guild Wars 2
How long have you been away? Anet has made a mess of things in the last 9 months.
I tried WoW for my first time trying to get away from GW2, but it was really bad… then I tried TERA and I’m still very satisfied by what I’ve done and seen there. The draw distance makes GW2 look like a joke. Even LOTRO has better draw distance. But I have to admit I’m still waiting for a trait system patch for GW2. If it doesn’t happen then I just won’t play this game again. No big deal though, never forget that there are plenty of other (free-to-play, buy-to-play) games out there and there are more games coming from other developers
Welcome back to the forum. You are commiting a crime if you mention anything positive here, you have to be engative and whine, otherwise you are not reasonible.
As mentioned here, GW2 is a failure of a game. How dare you comeback when there is a bunch of free to play titles? Silly to play GW2 when there is runescape out there. Don’t forget about the bunch of other flops, that only get praised in GW2 forum.
I bought this game awhile back and never got into it. Only got to like level 28 or so and quit. I just unsubscribed from wow about 4 days ago, for obvious reasons, world of garrisonville. But i am now lvl 38 and am actually enjoying the game so. Yeah.
I dont say that GW2 doesnt have flaws but i think right now its the best value for manue game out there.
You misspelled ‘manure’.
OP a few monthes ago:
“I am not satisfied with GW2, let’s play something else.”
OP plays another game and is not satisfied either.
OP comes back and is happy that the unsatisfactory experience in the other game was more unsatisfactory than the unsatisfactory experience in GW2.
Now starts praising GW2.
Wut?

Whiners who complain on every singel detail, stastisfying themselves with rubbish rather than facts, make even less sense than that. Don’t be surprised.
People often complain on the basis that the game or a game should be perfect in their ideals, but the game has to appeal to many people that have many different ideas on what the game should be. The game is not competing against a perfect game thats why those people are still here complaining.
A good sign that I think that shows this game is superior to that of other games on the market is people will literally sit here and complain about it. Some of them have even turned it into a sport and will actively try to convince you that you are not satisfied with the game. If it was really as bad as people try to convince you it is here, they wouldn’t be here in the first place posting on the official forums. They would be off playing something else and commenting on that game.
The fact is that many people do not even visit the official forums and are off enjoying the game for what it is. This is just the place people feel most likely their complaints will be heard and gather here to do so.
I have several guild members that have recently come into my guild that said they quit GW2 because it wasn’t like WoW and went back for the expansion. Then realized they its the same and came back and are now enjoying GW2 again. You are not alone OP.

I dunno, whiners complaining over every single detail give ANet valuable feedback on the game.
A general statement that another game is worse doesn’t help anyone, does it?

Ugh, no. Double eyebrows. No.
