When is the balance change patch supposed to drop?

Well, dulfy states that it’s coming with the Halloween patch here.

Thank you for the correction, Inculpatus. There are two different versions of the video. Josh says that the balance changes are coming in November at about 1:15 in the shorter one, about 13:20 in the longer one. Sorry for the error.

At approximately 13:20 on the Ready Up video (the very beginning of announcements), Josh states that the balance changes will drop in November.

Oh! I didn’t know there was a ‘shorter’ vid. Probably fixed all the dead airtime from the ‘longer’ one. Which is why I said, ‘the very beginning of announcements’. I don’t know why some of the Twitch videos often have that very long space (~15 – 30 minutes) at the beginning with nothing happening.
