You cant anyway because its an outfit, Slightly disappointing if you only want certain parts of it but I think its nice :P

I’m disappointed (again) that this great skin is wasted for lazy outfit. And for clipping issues, no, outfits are not without clipping issues.

If this was an armor I would buy it with my credit card at least 5 times for me and my friends accounts.

Can’t wait for all those blackwing/spinal balthazar norns/charrs running around in LA, everyone looking exactly the same.

Put it on my Ranger, cause he has Volcanus atm.

And now, since every class, even Eles can run around with some heavy looking amor/outfit, ANet should allow every class to use all (heavy, medium, light) armor skins.
There would be so many nice combinations. <.<

Hate to be a party pooper, but this thread is making the outfit lose its appeal even more than before. It just takes away the fun of having your own character when it looks the same kitten many others, for me anyway. Just refuse to give my monies to outfits, ever.

It looks pretty darn good on a Charr. I like it anyway and btw, you’re supposed to wear helmet, especially for this outfit. You would never see Balthazar without one, now would u?

Unless you don’t mind displaying the complete outfit including the helmet (and look like clone number 1000000), I don’t consider this a usable outfit… unless you don’t mind looking like some kind of fiery clown.

It looks surprisingly good in silver, in my opinion.

I can’t figure out what the fourth dye channel is! (The one on the bottom right) I’ve changed it on multiple characters of multiple races and can’t figure out what that fourth dye channel changes. >.<

I hate to be the one to say this, but your dogs are dead…

If that is some kind of strategy I’m unaware of, do tell. I just can’t tell if you have hounds of balthazar at your side or hounds of grenth.

This outfit looks spectacular on Charr, and it seems they don’t have the helmetless issues other races have. I’ll actually be using this with no helmet.

Disappointed it’s an outfit and not armor pieces. I’d rather go custom than just wear the same thing everybody else is wearing

Problem when not having the helmet is that it makes your head appear to float, there’s no definition to the neck. Looks so much better with it equipped. Would be nice if Anet were to change the armor a little to make it look better.

( P.S. the 4th dye slot appears to be broken)

Apart from those two things, the armor is awesome.

Very nice. It does look really good on a Charr.

But then, I played Guild Wars 1 and I’m always delighted to see a Charr covered with burning lava. ^^

I agree with this, although it’s interesting that charr and asura (the two races that usually get shafted when it comes to armor) actually end up looking better than the humanoids without a helmet.

But the floating helmetless head is really unfortunate. I think that if they added in a metal collar around the neck area and made the lava a bit lower so it wasn’t chin-level, it would look 100x better without the helmet.

i tried to use it on my dd ele, which i thought would fit since melee and stuff, but it just looks so weird, i usually loved big horns helmet on my warrior, but it just looks weird here.

It doesn’t change the color of anything. It’s a bug.

I can’t seem to preview this outfit in my wardrobe like every other outfit, and it is frustrating me :p

kitten it, ANet, of all the armor to be extra careful about and make sure it looks kittening fantastic on Charr, why did you have to pick a Human God’s armor?

Anyone have issues with weapons clipping on certain body types? Previewed it for kicks on my Norn the weapons go right through? Just wondering. Once again, it’s a same this wasn’t made an actual armor set.

They should really fix the floating face problem (maybe turn the section of lava under the face black or add some neck?) because right now it’s all clone troopers or pseudo-robocops with faces stuck to lava.

I think they should allow you to change the color of the orange glow in the 4th dye slot. Would let people change to appropriate color for no helmet and at the same time adding more customization as the dye scheme for this one is a bit limited. At least that’s my thought on it. Would probably even pay extra gems to upgrade outfit with that option. As it’s amazing and this would add even more.
