Silverwastes chests drop dust which have a chance of dropping geodes. Other than that I don’t see them adding another route in Silverwastes as it would make Dry Top even more irrelevant and empty.
Dry Top does drop Geodes as event rewards.
And they all go in the wallet so there’s no reason to convert one to the other as they don’t take up physical space anymore.
You want chest farmers to be able to completely avoid doing Dry Top content? They almost can now with Geodes rewarded from silky sand.

Can we have some way of switching Bandit Crests to Geodes? maybe like 100 crest per geode or anything. Or maybe make the rewards in Dry Top drop Geodes like in Silverwastes?
Just go farm Dry Top, that’s the whole point of having different currencies for different zones, so that you play that zone…. If you are wanting to complete the amberite weapon set then yeah you are going to have to work for it, the best tip I can give you is just play the last 20 minutes of each hour for the sandstorms, as events during this time give the most geodes.

Which is already starting to be a problem, and will only get worse once HoT comes out and divides the population even more.
I’ve got a ton of bandit crests I have no use for, and need a ton of geodes but can’t stand the way Dry Top rewards are handed out (ie, like every event was a Silverwastes defense event, without the Vinewrath to dole out the good stuff), this would be very helpful indeed.
