I think it would be a great idea for there to be a Bank or Trading Post in the Silverwastes. I know you can donate bandit crests to a merchant for certain services, however it sucks to have to leave the map for a trading post or bank for 2 seconds then lose all your stacks of Perserverance.

Then post in /m that you’d like help getting a bank or TP from the npc. Anet’s not going to change it when something’s already got plenty of solutions.

There are also several summon/access items for both the personal bank and the trading post (as well as guild bank access via guild training). Consider picking up and using those – it’s what they’re there for.

sigh Pick the Guild Bank from the services vendor. The guild bank has access to our regular bank too!

seriously, just use your a bandit crests. Seriously, if you farm there, you probably have 10k to 20k crest. And it probably take you 250 crest to summon the banker. I usually do that when I am there.
