You could already just go to your home BL and used the crafting stations there to get to your bank

PvPers don’t regularly jump back and forth between WvW and PvE. That is the point.

Banks in HotM will help reduce this so that WvW can have more room for players who actually want to be there for WvW. It’s not a huge problem, but this change will have this beneficial side-effect.
