Did I miss something? I thought that you could go in on infantile as many times as you wanted, but I just took both my accounts in to get some dailies on baby1-1 and none of the baubles are adding to my inventory. Can you only get rewards the first time through? I thought I got them yesterday and I completed baby-mode in world 1 the first day. That would really suck pond water…

You can only carry X amount on you at a time or something like that

You can carry 250 max without the purse, 500 with the purse. If you take more than that inside the world, you cannot add any more baubles.

You can only hold 250 baubles to start with. You can enter with more than your limit. Baubles from bouncy chests ignore the limit, and high-value baubles can take you over the limit; however, once you are there, you cannot pick more up until you do something with the ones you have.

There are upgrades you can purchase in 1-3 and 2-3 that will increase your bauble capacity. These cost 250 and 500 baubles, respectively. Make these a priority if you plan on farming baubles.

Yeah…I know all that. I’ve got the first purse. I should be able to carry 500 on both, but I came in at 305, went through the whole first section, and still only had 305 after killing everything, looting the hidden rooms and destroying the shop. I’m not so much farming baubles as just having a ball and (dare I admit) giggling a lot! But I was surprised to not get the credit. They pick them up, but the count doesn’t go up and they aren’t showing in the pack. Sigh…. I’ve reported to anet, but if it’s just me, I doubt there’s anything they can do about it. I’ll see how it goes after reset, I guess.

Do you have the upgrades on THAT character? And did you buy them this time around? I think I heard someone say that they lost their upgrades from the last time the SAB was here, dunno if that was a bug or what.

Everyone can carry 250 by default.

Go to the shop behind the waterfall in W1Z3 after the 2nd or 3rd checkpoint and buy the one to allow you to carry 500.

Upgrades do not just disappear so check your other characters. Also make sure it wasn’t on a character that you deleted.

Upgrades are soulbound and not account bound.

Did you go to the shop in W1Z3 and try to buy the purse to be able to carry 500 baubles? It only costs 250 baubles to purchase. You’ll have to jump through a green waterfall to get to the shop that carried it.

It the first shop shown for World 1 Zone 3.

I’d suggest running in easy mode with enough baubles to buy the next purse, and get it over with. You can always go back and run it in normal mode later.

Hang on a minute – I was on here a few days back asking about getting enough currency together to buy the backpack and 1 weapon ( im a useless jumper) I was given the impression I couldn’t collect anything in Infantile mode – so I can? and more than once a day?

Palador is saying farm baubles in normal mode, and then use infantile mode to GET the purse.

OMG…dare I admit…never chalk up to computer glitch that which can be adequately explained by player stupidity. I don’t know WHY I continued to pick up past 250 yesterday, but I suspect that’s why the bag didn’t show the last time I went into the green waterfall shop, when the expansion bag didn’t show as an offering. Going in with absolutely empty packs …there it was. I went out, killed a bunch of stuff and got it. I’m sure all will be well now.

I THOUGHT I’d bought it because it didn’t show, but probably I was hallucinating. That’s what happens when you play weird offshoots of a game late at night.
