I’ve been gone for about a year because of other life events but now I’m back. I see many things have changed in the game. I just loaded the game back up on a newly built rig and felt a little overwhelmed.

What do I need to know? I played a Necro and hung in WvWvW much of my time and liked to do dungeons occasionally.

You might want to check out labyrinthine cliffs and the crown pavilion in divinity’s reach because that content is going away for a while at the end of this month since thats seasonal content. But beyond that anything goes really.

If you’re into skins and minis and home nodes, you may want to start by grinding festival tokens in Crown Pavillion and Labyrinthine Cliffs to get most meta achievement rewards which you have missed and most likely will not be able to get again after July 1.

Yes, concentrate on the festival, it ends 1st July, so collect those tokens, there are loads of minis, nice skins, infinite tonics that you probably missed in your year away. There not too hard to get if you use your brain and are prepared to work at it. You are lucky and picked a good time to start playing again.
