I clicked the little chest after completing Fireheart Rise, and the exact moment I had finished viewing over the items I got:
Maintainence.

Does anyone know if I will be able to claim my rewards after the maintainence is done?
Or did I lose out on my berserker flame hammer and light armor carrion legs because of increadibly stupid timing?

Not sure if your rewards will be in tact. That said, server maintenance is pasted over your screen well in advance. That’s the time to stop doing anything important and head on over to Lion’s Arch to /dance * until the lights go out.

When I crashed after finishing the personal story on one of my characters I had to redo the personal story and did get the rewards. I do not know how this will work out for map completion, but I would not give up hope yet. You might have to redo the last exploration point or the chest might be waiting there to be opened again. If not I think it is best to raise a ticket about it.

Fiennes, I got the 20 and 10 minute message, but all of a sudden I just got booted out.
Hoping my stuff will still be there! If I’m increadibly lucky they might rollback me a minute.

I had it happen to me once, and when i logged in, the chest was there to be opened again – I got the same loot though, it didnt change.
