So it seems we’ll be getting Marjory’s new outfit she wore during Living Story 3 in the gem store soon. However, before any of you go spending your gems on it, I think I should give you fair warning-it doesn’t look so great when wielding your weapon. Woops!

TL;DR: Marjory’s new outfit clips badly into her face.

Perhaps, players aren’t that concerned, if the ‘We want Capes’ threads are any indication. I see a lot of "we don’t care about clipping’ there.

I wouldn’t buy it anyways, clipping or no clipping, it looks pretty much the same as everything else we have in the game that I don’t like xD I think people are just so starved for something " new" that they’ll just buy anything anyways so I’m sure Anet’s not worried about it. Buy away people buy away $$$$$$$$$

I guess there’s no chance people actually like some of the new stuff. It’s not like we’ve had a shortage of outfits, anyway.

I never said they don’t like it… but I’m sure they also liked all the other things we’ve had in the game since forever that look almost exactly the same as everything “new” that comes out.

You said people were starved for something new. This implied they’d buy something simply because they were starved. My argument is we get new outfits frequently. Many have complained we get them too frequently. So logically people wouldn’t be buying outfits because they’re starved. I like new stuff too, but I wouldn’t buy an outfit just because I was starved and I don’t think most other people would either. However, we’re not starving for outfits.

Not sure about people on the forum cuz I rarely ever payed attention to it, but according to what I’ve read on other sites like Dulfy over the past year or so people are starved for new outfits or armor and very tired of gliders, but not only are they starved for more outfits or armors they desperately want something different from all we’ve ever gotten like for example most are tired of butt- capes, trench coats, bulkiness, poofyness, and recycled skins that we already have in game . And a lot, myself included would like something more pretty and less concealing so we can show off our beautiful tattoos, fur patterns and glow patterns. ( I mean what’s the point in having all that if you can’t even see it)
And yea I know people will impulse buy an outfit they aren’t crazy about when they haven’t bought anything in a while because I’ve done that in the past myself more than once.

You may be confusing lack of armor sets released with Outfits released. A dearth of one, a plethora of the other.
