Berserker Gear vs Rampager Gear
They are both easily and equally obtainable since they are both craftable.

I guess i mean if you where to run dungeons for exotics. not everyone has 400 crafting.
I myself go with rampager. but that is because I run a ranger with shorbow with superior sigil of earth(60% chance to cause bleed on hit) and a trait which gives me chance to cause bleed on it.
More crits=more bleeds
More condition damage=bleeds does more damage
More bleeds+bleeds does more damage=MORE DAMAGE
Yes that had to be in caps.

exactly condition over all seems to be the way to go.
i should have guessed this game wasnt really about maths. I mean im about the only one doing it. meh ill prob leave it at this.
One thing to keep in mind is where you plan to use this gear. In a dungeon or wvw environment where you are fighting with multiple other people inflicting bleed damage on the same target, inflicting your own bleed damage becomes less potent since bleeds only stack to 25 no matter how many party members are inflicting them, and this strategy is particularly undermined if any of your allies are bleed optimized too.
In a dungeon where no one else is good at bleeds, having a condition damage build is nice. In a dungeon where other people are are dealing out decent bleed damage too, trying to chase higher crit damage may be a better bet.

Your 100% wrong if you are able to maintain 25 stacks of bleed this is far more important that crit damage. The best thing to do is contribute because there is better gear for condition damage other than rampager.
42.5 * 2.234813084 * 25 = 3437
That’s the dps at 25 stacks with just rampage armor imagine with full condition power armor.
There is only one time where you shouldnt use conditions is world events.
i miss calculated conditional dmg i have now fixed it tho

I don’t see how you’re responding to what i actually wrote. If other party members are equipped for bleed damage and are laying them down up to the 25 stack cap, then you aren’t adding anything by spec’ing for that too. In a vacuum, 25 stacks of bleeds is great, but it doesn’t necessarily help against dungeon boss fights if multiple people have you can never break 25 stacks on one target.

I guess all im saying is that you should invest in conditional dmg anyway. i mean what if no one stacks bleed or burn. You a missing out on some huge damage potential. You don’t need to go all out on conditional dmg or you can even go berserker gear. As Long as you contribute to the bleed stacks the highest condition stat on anyone applying takes over.
3.5k dps on a boss it pretty good even if that’s all the dmg you do. You can go berserker i would just contribute to the bleed.
