Hi there,

Since the search funtion still doesn’t work and google wasn’t
of any help either I thought I’d make my own thread.

There was a thread some time ago dedicated to the most badkitten
sylvary in all of gw2 (I think that was the thread title),
which I can’t seem to find anymore.

No idea if it was in the general, episode specific or lw subforums.
Apparently he was in the game since release and is located somewhere
in the Maguuma Jungle.
He’s a (wandering?) warrior in an outpost and has some dialogue
with a female (?) resident about his motives. He seems quite sophisticated
and talks about the nature of things if i remember correctly.
One part is about him being ‘a leaf in the wind’ and ‘unbreakable’.

Anyone here who knows who this mysterious warrior is?

My favourite character is Taimi.

I would say :

Tybalt > Taimi > Faolain.(I know she is from the baddies, but I love her).

The rest, are only rest. In other hand, the ones that I dislike more

Logan > Traeharne > Phlunt

Glad you guys like the biconics so much but he is by far the most hardcore character in this game :P

Now, the warrior you mention is probably Thermaine who dwells in Watchful Source ( [&BFwAAAA=] ).

He has lots of interesting dialog and a really nice voice actor, but he just stays there talking, and perform no actions to back his words.

He’s just there for lore and flavor.

Canach > Seiran > Gixx for me.

He’s a minor character but ever since doing his event chain for the first time, I’ve loved him. His name is Fen.

I loved his chain so much that I actually stood by him outside until he reset just to do it again.

As for more major characters, I like Eir. She just seems like such a sweetheart.

The best character in GW2 is Moto. His service to Tyria is leagues above any other accomplishment. ;-)

I have to admit, Taimi has also grown on me. Tybalt and Sieran are great too. And I didn’t know much about Canach before as I missed his bits in Season 1, but I quite liked his dialogue in this last chapter.

My favourite is Mad King Thorn.

He has a cool back story and everything but to be honest I just really like his jokes.

I honestly like Tybalt because he makes me laugh.
Sieran, while some people don’t like her, makes me squee with how she says “cherry”.
Countess Anise due to her really enigmatic vibe
Batanga from the Order of Whispers as she also tends to make me laugh “What do we want? Free Gorr! When do we want it? Yesterday!”

I like the priory NPC (at least I think its priory) in AC that says “I’m not saying we don’t need a cohesive plan, its just that your plan is stupid and won’t work.” That character is my hero.

I never understood the appeal for Canach, since Anise bought his billet he’s said very stupid things, talking about bombing the party, and killing everyone. He was a poor villian and a worse hero.

The characters i like are Caithe and Eir, rest of the Edge are whiny and unforgiving. I also like Jennah Rox and Kasmeer and Trahearne.

Tybalt > Taimi > Rytlock Brimstone > Heal-o-tron > Chhk the Windmill King

Eir and Garm i love her voice its calm and relax i like that alot

Taimi very cute and stil can kick your butt
and of course Majory and kasmeer to lovly girls

traffa is possibly the best character in tyria to which i am familiar with
she tries to act professional while blowing things up      n_n
