What is the best server rights now to play pve with people? Last time I logged in before HoT they seemed a bit empty or with most people doing pvp.

Megaserver is the best server.

Servers only really matter for WvW (or at least for now).

Servers no longer matter because of the megaserver. If the maps you are playing feel empty, you are probably just on a different instance of the map. Use the LFG tool to taxi onto a more populated map.

The PvE servers have been folded together. The computer sorts people out by friends, party members and guildies already on the map when you go there and tries to put you there with them. When map shards fill up, new shards of that map are made. If the map you are on is empty it’s likely because you are on a shard that is either new or its old and the computer is no longer putting people on it and is trying to close it as an excess shard.
